  • Utilizes our quoting, ordering, project planning, scheduling and management solutions to collaborate and work with other staff, customer and vendor support resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient equipment, licensing and service delivery to customers.
  • Develops, implements and maintains purchasing processes to ensure timely delivery of goods at the most economical cost.
  • Aggressively reduces total costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinates required resources to respond to complex ordering requirements when needed.
  • Monitors internal and external processes to ensure on-time delivery performance to customers. Reviews product/service status with vendors and expedites as required.
  • Establishes and maintains inventory and material planning processes.
  • Implements and maintains departmental performance metrics.
